Personally I would start with the Cisco website, I'm sure you've heard that
before but it really is the best place to start. Take the blue print and
check off the items one by one as you find them. That's how I did it, one by
one for 4.5 months until I felt I was ready. Doyle's books, halabi and every
book in the CCIE library. Professional studies really helped for switching
stuff. I also used IPEXPERTS 6.0 books and ran through the labs too. This is
what got me past the written, should work for you too.
