isis redistribution problem

i redistributed <mutually> between ospf and isis. i'm trying to ping from
ospf to a router in the isis domain but get nothing <U.U.U>
the debug from the redistribution poing show the following debug....i've never
seen "access denied" before.....does anyone know what the problem is?
