It is difficult to know that. The best approach in such situation would be ask the proctor.
There were Discussions about this topic (RIB failure) on the recent past.
As a summary, RIB Failure is normal behavior when IGP and iBGP announces the same route. There are other cases where RIB Failure represents a problem.

I run on this on DOiT scenario. A groupstudy fellow also posted that there is a InternetworkExpert scenario where this occurs.

Generally, you do not need to take care of it on the lab, but if that bothers you, check with the proctor.
