We use a tool called traceroutetcp. It is a UNIX tool. It might be
available for windows too. Not sure where we got it. You should be able to
google it.

Hi group,

For day to day support, I found it's hard to troubleshoot Internet problems
like certain URL cannot be reached by FTP and HTTP or whatever.

Here I want to ask whether there is a tool which I can keep track hop by
hop whether the blocking, or performance drop is happened in certain hop;
that means, this tool is like something like traceroute but we can
troubleshoot with TCP & UDP port rather than ICMP?
