redistribute the float routing

Hi, group
    What is the difference between redistribute a static
routing and reditribute a static routing with a high AD?
   For example ,
static routing 1
 ip route 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 10.1.1.1

static routing 2
 ip route 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0 10.1.1.1 240

How about the diffrent result if I redistribute the two
routings into eigrp ?
