Yes you need both direction for call signaling.
permit tcp any eq 1720 any
permit tcp any eq 1720 any
However, if I don't make mistake, this port 1720 will be useful only for
h323 std.
In exam if you asked to configure this, then you would know easily as you
will configure Voice section.
Most case, it would be H323.
TCP control channel is not that important to prioritize if not specifically
asked to do so. It is not mission-critical at all. As long as there is
enough BW to keep TCP session alive, it shouldn't be much issue.
I will use "ip rtp priority 16384 16383 BW" directly under interface config.
which is easiest, But if L2 is F/R, then you have to use F/R map this use
this command but still simpler than others.
