As you addressed, I checked and saw that i have an STP loop!
I think because of loop, R2 was getting its own Hellos back.. :P

Hi Tahsin,

This issue has popped up on Groupstudy a couple times over the past year,
without resolution. I have also seen it come up in class, where a reboot
usually fixes the problem. This could be a bug, but make sure you have not
created an STP loop with a misconfigured EtherChannel. Try connecting the
two routers with a crossover to rule out any switching issues.
