Ian,
No problem, I'll check out that diagram, it's a valid point. In 99% of
cases, all of our routers are at least 2600 / 3600 spec and would either
have wic-1t's or the quad 4 port sync. serial cards. The IOS would be at
least 12.2 Enterprise. Also we would have full power management on all
of the racks which makes life somewhat easier and saves on those late
night trips back into the office :-).
Good luck with your venture too,
Cheers,
Malcolm

Apologies if that is the case - was only going off of your IE diagram
posted on your site which shows a lack a serial connections on R3 and
many Ethernets missing on several routers as well. I know we had to
purchase a lot on new routers to fully support it on our racks so we can
appreciate it.

Guys,
Just saw all the posts re: our racks.
I can only say we do fully support IP Expert and Internetwork Expert.
And, yes, the quad serials on R3 :-),
IP Expert seems verry popular and had high reviews,

All,
Might want to look elsewhere at least for a rack that fully supports
internetwork expert. The lanbase rack doesn't have many of the dual
ethernets on any routers nor the quad serials on R3, etc.....
