Re: lanbase rack rentals!

I'm a Cisco customer in San Antonio, Texas and I have not ever been afforded
the courtessy of using Cisco's labs here locally... despite having asked
NUMEROUS times! I'm always given some bull crap excuse or another... perhaps
I'm not big enough of a customer..not sure. So, I'm quite certain that
"customer courtesy" policy is very unevenly applied at Cisco... If anyone
knows Travis Jones (2xCCIE here locally), feel free to pass along my
displeasure at that uneven policy... He's my local SE, and the one who told
me over and again that Customers aren't allowed such access. So, I hope you
all will forgive me this, but when I hear that non-Cisco employees (i.e.,
customers or channel partners) are allowed to use local equipment, it chaps
my hide (sorry for a Texas-ism there)! I happen to know they have a lab here
b/c I've seen it when they've been trying to demo stuff to us.

Ok..I'm off my soapbox...

P
