OK. maybe I should make a clarification.
I don't want to get anything started in vendor wars. (again)
If someone offers me good customer service, then I am going to support them.
I don't feel it is right for me to say anything bad about a product I do not
use, nor do I feel anyone else should.
I don't use InternetworkExpert, I don't use DoIT labs, etc....I checked out
their samples before making my choice, and IPExpert was, and still is the
right choice for me. I have taken the lab once already, and the workbook was
actually more difficult than the real thing.
I didn't pass the lab because of my mistakes, not anyone else's mistakes but
my own. It was not the fault of IPExpert, cconlinelabs, or lanbase.
I don't think jumping from one vendors workbook to another vendors workbook
will change anything, as a matter of fact, for me..it won't
(may work for some others...as we are all different)
Same goes for cconlinelabs and lanbase. BTW...both cconlinelabs and lanbase
offered me a chance to check out the racks before I purchased my time.
If anyone has doubts about what a vendor offers, then why don't you contact
them.
I have recieved excellent support from everyone at IPExpert, CConlinelabs,
and lanbase, and I am very grateful to all 3 vendors.
They have offered me great service and customer support.
I will continue to support these vendors as I am certain that I will still
receive excellent support from them.
