On-line CCIE Prep Courses

Has anyone taken or know someone who has taken one of the online courses by
Internetworking Expert? My company has travel restrictions in place so I
cannot travel and there are no local CCIE prep courses offered in my area.
I am looking at the advanced course as well as the mock lab class. With
most of the time set aside to working on equipment, I do not think that the
method of interacting (through IM and PowerPoint) will be that bad.

What about IPExperts online courses?
