The workbook is a completely different beast than the e-Scenarios covered
under the Gold Membership on the web site. While the e-Scenarios at
technically worthy, they are geared towards smaller subsets of the training
path, and while educational, by themselves won't fully prepare you for the
'all together' labs..
The lab workbook, on the other hand is geared towards specific preparation
for the CCIE R&S lab, and therefore is much better suited towards a learning
path from specific technologies to full-blown multiprotocol labs.
If you are having to choose one over the other, I think you will gain more
value with the lab workbook in your CCIE studies. The e-Scenarios do have
value as well, so please don't get me wrong here! It's just a different
focus.

Does anyone have any experience with their workbook or gold membership? I
was wondering how the products rate and which is better?
Thanks,
David
