As for the book, it is very good yes. But I have only made one scenario (not
even finished) and have found several errors.
See for example in page 384 when he wants EIGRP to filter the network
50.5.5.0/24. The author uses access-list 50.5.5.0 0.0.0.255 when it is more
correct to use 50.5.5.0 0.0.0.0.
On the question regarding eigrp bandwidth, the questions asks for a "minimum
bandwidth". The command "ip bandwidth-percent eigrp 70" reserves a maximum
bandwidth which means another solution would be " ip bandwidth-percent eigrp
100".
In page 382, he says "we need ... network 160.10.0.0" when it is absolutely
not needed at all ! The redistribution will do the work,
I a thinking it might be a good idea that I suscribe in your forum to
discuss this ...

Hello Richard,
I have configured with and without the broadcast keyword as you have
mentioned. I really have not noticed a difference. One could argue that
it uses unnecessary bandwidth in the real world. However, there are
many lab vendor books that due use the broadcast keyword. The point
being is that this book has so many valuable tools and lessons learned.
I think by going through the labs and going through the entire book, you
will find that it is of the highest quality. There are other minor
errors with the book, I was just making overall assessment when I posted
this email. Again, I really love this book. I think it is the best
resource available, and if you need rack time I am offering my rack and
forum area for support.
