Hi Group,
Another small question regarding redistribution and ospf router ID.
Case 1:Router A is running OSPF, EIGRP and RIPv2.
Do we have to all roting protocols to other two(eg: ospf to eigrp and rip etc)
In that case do we use tags/or distribute lists to prevent feed back routing.
Case 2:Router A is running OSPF, EIGRP AND RIPv2
redistributing ospf to rip & eigrp//rip to ospf & eigrp///eigrp to ospf & rip
Router B is running OSPF and RIPv2
redistributing ospf to rip and rip to ospf
(two way redistribution at A(case 1 above)
What is the best method to prevent feedback routing on both A and B router.
About ospf router ID:
In the exam even if router ID is not specified, will it be ok to configure loopback address lo 0 as a router ID and will it be ok to advertise the loopback in to corresponding areas(If it is not specifically specified in the lab exam)
