RE: isdn spoofing

The BRI will always always be in the spoofing state (unless using
backup-interface, in which case it's down).

The spoofing really refers to the D-channel. The D-channel is always going
to be up, that's your discussion with the ISDN switch.

Your B-channels are seen as BRI0:1 and BRI0:2, which their state will vary
based on phone calls.

This has nothing to do with using dialer interface or not.

Hi Sean,

I just wanted to return the bri interface to it's normal state ie up/up if
it was active with a call or up/down if it was not.

Is it possible that when dialer profiles are used, the bri interface will
always be in a spoofing state?

Thanks, Tim
