  For a typical windows client, it will automatically attemp to renew at a defined preriod of 75 % leased , and more often after until it actually expired and given up ( in the case of dhcp servers not available ... ouch ! )
  Therefore, theoretically, dhcp client will alway get it same IP if it alway connected and of course , will lost it IP once expired ( = disconnected ).
