Sorry Guys . I done the same configuration today. Even in EIGRP he is
asking you to it with out MASK . Router r3 learns it as EIGRP route. its
a d Route not D Ex routes..

Hi Thunai,

In your last mail you said - "When I replaced OSPF with EIGRP , I got
the routes without redistributing" but yet in this mail u say it appears
as D EX how would that be possible ? If the routes were EIGRP routes
they should show up as D, so that means u are redistributing it somehow
? Just confused.

The best thing would be if you could paste the EIGRP/ISIS configs of
R2/R1 and then the routing table on the EIGRP router R3 along with EIGRP
configs.

I think that should clear lot of doubts.

Good Luck,
Kasturi.
