Are you kidding??? A used 2500 was still over $1k. $800 would have been a

What with the increasing number of bootcamps, books, practice labs and
websites on passing the IE exam, I'd just like to pay tribute to all those
who got their certification in the early days - when resources were minimal
and the avearge price of a second hand 2500 was about #800 !!!
