When u say available , do u mean transiting the router. In that case, I
suppose an ACL and debug ip packet with given ACL should do the trick.

If I want a router without multicast enabled to be able to view what
multicast groups are available without enabling multicast routing. What
would I do?
Would the mroute command suffice? Or have I missed the boat?
