In your example, the answer is yes.

However, there is a difference. When the metrics are included in the same
statement as the redist <protocol>, the metrics specified here take
precedence over any default metrics that are defined.

The metrics specified the default-metric command are only used when a redist
<protocol> command doesn't itself include any metrics.
