Permanent debugging configuration

Hi to everybody
 
 
I'm unable to find a way to permanently activate debug on Cisco IOS
 
 
With normal debug syntax configuration will be erased a next reboot (of
course this is a way to protect people to issue <debug all> and need
emergency recovery to get access to router .. ;-))
 
 
 
I need that because I want send logging debug entries to a syslogd
server
 
 
 
 
So, there is any way to have "safe to reload" debug configuration (at my
own danger, of course .) in Cisco IOS?
 
I was thinking to something involved to TCL, but actually has IOS got
something similar to a TCL autoexec.bat?
