There's one caveat that I think should be mentioned.

If this command is used, there must be only one neighbor on nbma network.

This command should NOT be used on a partial mesh, hub & spoke network when
there's more than 1 spoke and the hub is a multipoint interface.

At least, that's my understanding. Correct me if I'm mistaken.
