Hello Tim,
Here is the process again, to obtain the CD. Basically, you go to
www.ciscopress.com, than you scroll down to bottom of page, and click on
the small page that says contact us, than once you get on that page, you
click drop down on type of question you say defective product, than fill
out the rest of the information, than on comments, put CD was missing. I
also have the contact info, of the person at Cisco. So if you do not
hear response within 24 hours. Please contact me and I will do my best
to put you in touch with the right person.

I tried calling Cisco Press and ended up in voice mail jail. Could
never
actually get a live person. Do you have a number?

I also emailed cisco press a couple of times over he past 3 weeks and
never
heard back from them.
