I agree with Tim's comments. I've taken it three times now. My experiences to date have been .....
1st attempt I was ok with the core R&S topics but wasn't prepared for the breadth of the subsidiary questions. I was also unnerved by the fact that my PC didn't have the DocCD, notepad or calculator available. However, I did finish in time.
2dn attempt I thought I had it in the bag, finished at 2pm and had over 2hours to check it all. Realised afterwards that I'd walked straight into a nasty trap that had been set in one of the protocol sections! Advice - don't jump into the first solution (or most obvious solution) you think of. Try to think of lots of ways to do the same thing and then pick one. Also don't read more into the question than is actually there! Also, read ahead and consider whether what you're doing now might affect your options in a later section!
3rd attempt I ran out of time because of irritating problems. Couldn't get ATM to come up through a stupid mistake of my own making. Also, I had my routing config working until I applied authentication at which point it stopped for no good reason - needed a router re-boot and then it worked fine.
HTH,
Chris.

It is as long as you don't get stuck with a layer 2 or layer 3 problem that
causes other problems.
If, for example, you spend an hour figuring out how to get a ceratin subnet
to show up in a certain router, you'll probably run out of time.
