A close reading of the command reference seems to indicate that the ip
precedence command sets precedence only for voice data, as opposed to voice
control/signalling.
BTW: This command has been replaced in 12.2T with the command -ip qos
dscp- This command specifically breaks down marking for -media-
and -signallng-.
Also note that in later versions of 12.2T voice data is marked dscp EF and
voice sigalling is marked AF31 by default.
