If it's a route-reflector, you are obviously running iBGP. In iBGP there is
no spec for direct interface connection, so who cares...

If there's only one way to peer with the other router, it makes no
difference. If there's more than one way, perhaps the loopback gives you
redundancy.

You'll have to think through your scenario and all the details to really
come up with a good answer. But whichever one you pick, someone else will
pick differently.

What is your opinion/ suggestion if r2 act as Router reflector, and let's
say they're have a direct connection r1-r2-r3.
Which one is better peering using direct interface or using their loopback
