With the way broadband use in the US is growing, I'm thinking either the
DSL or Cable would be good. Probably lean towards Cable, since it seems
to be faster and cheaper, and growing much faster. But it really
depends on what you do, and what you want to do in the future. Dial I
would think is probably diminishing in need, compared to the others.
Optical is pretty neat, but probably gets into more physics than the
other ones. If you like physics, it's probably a good fit. HTH.
