No, you map the remote IP to the local DLCI... unlike x25, DLCI's aren't
globally interesting....

Eg.

Int Serial 0/1.1 Multipoint
  Ip address 10.0.0.1 255.0.0.0
  Frame-relay map ip 10.0.0.2 102
  Frame-relay map ip 10.0.0.3 103

..
