To open a second DOC CD window, try File->New->Window from IE. This
will open a second copy of the current window, which you can then use to
navigate to other parts of the Doc CD. I know this works in San Jose.
FYI - this behavior is a function of IE, not a security setting on the
part of the lab. By default, IE uses an open IE window whenever you
launch a shortcut. Since a shortcut is your only way of opening IE,
every time you launch the DOC CD or DOC website shortcut, it just uses
the existing window.

In RTP too... you can use notepad, and calculator... but interestingly
enough, you cannot open multiple windows for the doc cd pages.. at least
on my pod you couldn't.
