ISDN - use dialer interfaces but no dialer profiles !

If somebody could shed some light on this, it would be much appreciated:

                        a. Configure an ISDN connection between R1 and
R2 .
                        b. Although dialer interfaces should be used,
no dialer profiles are allowed
                        c. Either party should be able to call the
other one.
                        e. Only the traffic form VLAN_x to VLAN_y
should be allowed to bring up the ISDN link. The link initialization should
be performed by R2
                        f. R1 and R2 still should be able to ping each
other without modifying anything in the already implemented configuration.
                        g. The ISDN connection will serve as a backup
link for the Frame Relay connection of R2. In case that the Frame Relay link
of R2 goes down, the ISDN link should come up
                        h. You can add the dialer interfaces in the
routing protocols between routers.

Thank you

Narcis
