I've taken OTC sleeping pills in the past. But just the other night I saw something on some news show that sleeping pills could actually last into the next day and cloud your judgement/mind.
So next time I'm going to stick with Melatonin and going to the gym to make sure I'm tired out and want to sleep.
What you could do I guess is experiment with different things before the lab date and see if you believe they affect you adversely. One person may be more affected then others depending on the product/dosage taken.
Melatonin works great for me with no side affects. But with others it can cause nightmares.
