Matthew,
I would recommend to be very familiar with the core
configurations of ATM, and worry about the miscellaneous options as
things that can be found in the documentation. Configurations that I
would classify as "core" would be as follows:
PVCs
-Inverse-ARP
-Static Mappings (legacy and new format)
-Point-to-Point
-PPPoA
SVCs
-Static Mappings (legacy and new format)
-CLIP (local and remote ARP-server)
