After a second though, I must say that the previous email must be wrong about CQ.

It would apply for CBWFQ.

CQ does not really uses bandwidth. It states how many packets will be dequeued from that queue before move to another queue.

CQ would have similarities with "wrr-queue bandwidth" on 3550.

Any other consideration?
