I haven't checked this myself, but do you have auto-summary on under eigrp 100? If yes, try "no auto-summary" and see what your results are.

Subject: Re: How to announce a Secondary Address in EIGRP??
Hello all,
Let me tell you a couple of weird things I have found out:
I have tried all your suggestions, I used the no ip split-horizon eigrp, i used the redistribute connected in Eigrp process... and still I dont see the route...
But my initial config was like this:
int fast0/0
ip address 155.1.1.1 255.255.255.0
ip address 155.1.0.1 255.255.255.0 secondary
no ip split-horizon eigrp 100
when the primary and secondary addres belongs to the same network..... there is no way you can redistribute the secondary into EIGRP....unless you use the network statement..
But if I change my config int to this:
int fast0/0 ip address 155.1.1.1 255.255.255.0
ip address 20.20.20.1 255.255.255.0 secondary
no ip split-horizon eigrp 100
The secondary network.. appears on the topology table of EIGRP...
Why??
is this the normal behaviour of EIGRP??
please, some comments will be gratefull!!!!
