The epoch indicates the number of times that the CEF table has been rebuilt.
The epoch starts at 0, and increments with every rebuild up to a maximum of
255 (at which point it loops).
It looks like you are debugging an MPLS VPN - you can download a free 40
page chunk of the chapter 'Troubelshooting Multiprotocol Label Switching
Layer-3 VPNs' which deals with debugging MPLS LSPs at
www.ciscopress.com/1587051044 (including CEF). Just click on the 'Sample
Chapter(s)' link on the left of the page. If you need more information, the
book itself has approx 250 pages on troubleshooting MPLS layer-3 and layer-2
(AToM) VPNs, but you'd need to buy the book to get all of that :)
