Sometimes what the author wants us to do is NAT so that the cat thinks the
traffic is coming from the directly connected router,

ip default-gateway would be allowed...what would not be allowed would be an
all zeros route ie...ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 <next-hop>
when in doubt..ask the proctor
