AD of external EIGRP route

Hi Group,
(a.). How do we change the AD of external routes(for one network). I do not want to use "distance eigrp AS# 90 170, I want to change D EX for only one particaular route say. 3.0.0.0/8.
 
(b). How do we advertise a default route in EIGRP without redistributing default route into eigrp.
 
(c.)Variance command is used for unequal cost path load balancing, How can we use variance command to load balace over muliple path(variance 2) and send 2 packets over first link and 1 packet over second link
