Richard,

If your company has partnered with Cisco (premier, silver or gold) you will have access to Partner E-learning Connection at http://www.cisco.com/go/pec. Knowledgenet offers free CME training for Cisco partners if you access the training through PEC:

Go to the PEC home page > Click on Cisco Exam Prep Center > IP Communications Express System Engineer > Cisco CallManager Express > View button > Go button.

The course is designed to address the CME partner specialization exams (which it does easily btw) and is more than enough to get you aquinted with CME operations. Unfortunately, I haven't found any other material on Cisco's site that covers CME (from the ground up) anywhere near as good as Knowlegenet's CME course.

If you're not a Cisco partner I think you can purchase it from Knowledgenet for $715.

Hi group, a question to relax from CCIE stuff. Does anyone know any good
resource for Cisco Call Manager Express apart from Cisco's adminstrator
guide ?
I have not found many docs about it,

Thanks
