Thanks I was thinking that also. But my REAL question was can you PBR MCAST
and BCAST. You didn't really speak on that in general, and my conclusion is
NO. Because it is automatically sent out all interfaces by the nature of
MCAST and UCAST or a specific interface based on the RP or technology in
use. I noticed that a multicast ping fails to PBR too.

Is this correct?

The requirement is to send UNICAST updates. PBR would
only change the next hop ip which would affect where
the packet would be sent to at layer 2 based on the
routing table lookup. If you want the update to be
unicast, you have to NAT the destination IP address
whether it is multicast or broadcast.
