I did back in May 2004 and got PASS after re-read (it took 3.5 weeks though).
The re-read fee was refunded as well.

I have just presented my fourth attempt and I have failed again. The
difference in this time is that I checked and rechecked what was asked in
EVERY point and I SAW that I should get enough points to pass, however the
Score Report showed a totally diferent history that I can not believe (not
after the extensive check I did).
My question is if I ask for a exam reopen and review (and pay de extra $250)
it will serve for anything? I do not know if the Proctors are willing to say
"my mistake" but I will like to know any opinion on this and if some has in
fact requested this exam reopen.
