12.3 includes 12.2T and 12.2, why not just say we are testing

why is cisco saying that 12.2T is includes in the exam, why not just say testing 12.3. 12.3 is compiled of 12.2T and 12.2 or am i missing something....
 
whats the difference ( if any at all )
