Hello All,
I just want to alert everyone to what appears to be attempted fraud.
I cannot believe this is a potential CCIE candidate. I would hope for
better scruples from a CCIE candidate.
Anyway, the person in question requested time from us under the name of Pham
Van Ty (pvty81@yahoo.com). This person then attempted to make payment with
two different credit cards that failed authorization before the third
successful attempt. The names of the credit card holders were Covonnada
Cole, Kevin Carter, and Robert Heber.
When I asked who Robert Heber was, he tried to say it was him and he was
making payment for his niece. I then asked who Covonnada Cole was because
this seems very suspicious and they said "You are right. Thanks and see you
later."
If anyone deals with this person, I recommend caution.
