Use ip rtp or access-list to identify VOIP traffic

Hi Group,
 
Not sure how to choose, ip rtp (match even ports) or access list (match all ports):
 
class voip
  match access-group 101
access-list 100 permit udp any range 16384 327767 any range 16384 32767
 
or
class voip
  match ip rtp 16384 16383
 
Any suggestion?
