Hi,

Ok, so Ethernet uses 1,2,3,6
T1/E1 use 1,2,4,5

Any idea what pins ISDN BRI uses?

Thanks
Rohan

Since this is something with which I deal every day (and consequently
something near and dear that I feel all CCIE's should at least have a
LITTLE knowledge of)...

T1s use pins 1, 2, 4, and 5 (well, they do here in the US anyhow - E1s
elsewhere use the same pinconfig IIRC).

1 -> 4 (-RX to -TX)
2 -> 5 (+RX to +TX)
4 -> 1 (-TX to -RX)
5 -> 2 (+TX to +RX)

+/- are also known as 'tip' and 'ring', respectively.

HTH,
Robbie
