Client http requests are always what's redirected to the cache engine. The
redirect command can be configured on interface where requests come in to
rtr or where redirects go out to internet.

So, to determine whether to use the in or out parameter, ask yourself
whether for a given interface the client request is coming into the router
or leaving the router.

For example, if you have clients connected to multiple interfaces, you can
configure this command multiple times - once for each inbound interface, or
you can configure the command just once - on the outgoing interface (the
interface pointing towards the internet).

As for the other questions, I'm sorry but I can't help you with those.

HTH, Tim
