I think the most comprehensible in the doc cd is this one
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/cisintwk/idg4/nd2007.htm
But not as good as the one you mention,

Subject: DLSw+ Design and Implementation Guide
Hello,
While reading up on DLSw+ configuration, I've noticed several areas where
the Bridging Configuration Guide doesn't do a very good job of explaining
DLSw+ configuration. My favorite is Traffic Bandwidth and Queuing
Management:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios122/122cgcr/fibm
_c/bcfpart2/bcfdlsw.htm#wp1003355
It's basically one paragraph that says Cisco offers several features, go
read how to configure them somewhere else. :)
The IOS Bridging Configuration Guide (as well as the Command Reference)
references the DLSw Design and Implementation Guide multiple times. For what
it's worth, the Design and Implementation Guide explains things very well
and provides -very- valuable information that can't be found in either the
Configuration Guide or Command References.
However, I have not been able to find the DLSw Design and Implementation
Guide on the Documentation CD. I've found the Designing DLSw+ Internetworks
guide (http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/cisintwk/idg4/nd2007.htm),
but that doesn't really compare with the DLSw+ Design and Implementation
Guide:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk331/tk336/technologies_design_guide09186a0
08007ce40.shtml
Does anyone know whether it's on the CD or not?
Thanks,
-- Tom
