CCBootcamp has just released a Layer2 book which I think covers good Cat3550
stuff.
Another option would be to go through the first parts of a vendor workbook.
Or maybe just through Cisco web,

Subject: Cisco 3550
hi all ,
I'm just couple of week away from my first lab
attempt and i'm not well versed with 3550 and so
struggling with cisco 3550 configurations. Since i
have very less time left i dont have time to go
through the doc cd .
so please if any one can guide me with some
alternatives , shortnotes or forward me a short and comprehensive document
on 3550 .
thanx ,
diptish.
