I take your point. It is difficult to see a difference. I was able to get
the far end of an ethernet segment to see a holdtime of 1 second by issuing
the following command on the other side - isis hello-interval minimal.
Other side show clns nei detail showed a sub-second holdtime. Above command
automatically sets hello to about 1/3 of a second.
