Hi,

I have a question about the shaping and policing.

With a example of FRTS
CIR=64000kbps
bc=8000bits
be=0

If a 1500 bytes (12000 bits) packet arrives at the
beginning, will it borrow some tokens to send the
packet? If not, how can this packet be sent out when
you can never get more than 8000bits?
