It occurred to me that putting the routers in bridge mode and setting up
load balanced VLANs across the Frame is another solution. For example make
HQ1 the root of the voice VLAN and HQ2 root of data VLAN. That way you
accomplish the desired flows and get switchover (via STP) if one circuit
fails.
